10. Investments in the humanities

It was recently announced that the Ministry of Education will invest €70 million a year in the social sciences and humanities on the basis of the SSH sector plans. The boost will provide our faculty with an extra budget of around €5 million a year. This money will be used to reduce the workload and invest in four specific research themes.
