As COP29 gets underway in Azerbaijan, most Western countries will once again argue for a rapid transition away from fossil fuels. Saudi Arabia, meanwhile, is promoting its own narrative. One of a more holistic and just approach. What exactly is the Saudi approach? And how realistic is it?
