Europe's energy-intensive industries are struggling. The Antwerp Declaration, signed by industries almost a year ago, was a cry for help. A cry that will be answered next week when the European Commission presents the long-awaited Clean Industrial Deal.
How bad is the situation? What should the deal include? And will it come in time? To answer these questions, I'm joined by Tabita Verburg, the President of DOW Chemical in Western Europe.
