We praten onder meer over de Duitse verkiezingsuitslag en de verslechterende relatie tussen de VS en Europa, en over de afgelopen week gepresenteerde Clean Industrial Deal, het Affordable Energy Action Plan en de Omnibus die de regeldruk aanzienlijk moet gaan verminderen.

Harmen Dekker (European Biogas Association) on a promising, home-grown alternative to natural gas

With the EU importing more than 95% of its natural gas, home-grown alternatives are more than welcome. Such as biogases, which currently represents 7% of natural gas consumption. So, there’s plenty of room for improvement. But how? How can the EU produce more renewable gas? To answer this question I’m joined by Harmen Dekker, CEO of the European Biogas Association.

Tom Smeenk (VTTI) on developing a European network of ammonia import terminals and crackers

As part of it’s initiative to develop a European network of ammonia import terminals and crackers, the energy storage company VTTI has launched an open season for storage and cracking capacity at it’s terminals in Rotterdam and Antwerp.
